Moloch DAO

Moloch is from "Meditations on Moloch" by Adam Ginsberg.
- Typically thought of as a depiction of capitalism
- Scott Alexander says it is likely to be about the Collective Action Problems
Ethereum also suffers from the Moloch Problem
- Development on core (Ethereum 2.0) if financed by a few whereas all stand to benefit from the advancement.
Moloch DAO was proposed to solve this problem.
