Environmental Justice is the idea of distributing environmental risks and benefits equally, giving everyone a fair and meaningful voice in taking environmental decisions, recognition of the community ways of life, local knowledge and cultural differences, and to create a healthy environment for individuals and communities to function and flourish in society.
