Corporations as a way to organize society

Corporations can be one of the ways Ways to organize society where:

  • Everything is owned by corporates
  • Humans are contracted to a corporate entity instead of a Government (like citizenship)
  • All trading happens between corporates

If under capitalism, each industry is dominated by a few monopolies which are tightly regulated by government, how is that any different from Central Planning - Joseph Schumpeter
